Last summer, Birdie replaced the shafts in my clubs and did an excellent job. The original shafts were too stiff, resulting in a low ball flight and inconsistent ball striking. They were able to locate the same brand of shaft (KBS) in a lighter weight and more flexible design, and they installed them promptly.
